Description:

The CT is ideal for general purpose melt pressure applications. The unit features the industry standard 3.33 mV/Volt output and offers pin-to-pin compatibility with all competitors models utilizing the Bendix style 6 pin bayonet connector.

The CT comes standard with a 6″ rigid stem, 18″ of flexible capillary, and a 1/2-20 UNF thread for mounting in standard transducer mounting holes.

Description:

The ONEhalf20 model CTEC Melt Pressure Transducer incorporates a proprietary filled capillary design. This tried and proven design provides an electronic signal which is proportional to the measured pressure, and allows the transducer to operate at a process temperature up to 750ºF. The electronics of each transducer is a Wheatstone Bridge – bonded strain gauge design insuring high accuracy, reliability and repeatability.

The ONEhalf20 model CTEC Melt Pressure Transducer has been designed for space restricted areas. This transducer features an exposed capillary which allows for a 1/8” bend radius for mounting in tight spaces

The ONEhalf20 model CTX Melt Pressure Transducer has been designed for space restricted areas, or for nozzle melt pressure measurement on injection molding machines. This transducer features a 1/2-20 UNF thread with jam nut and 28” of flex capillary.
